Refund policy

Our goal is to have our customers 100% satisfied with their products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by e-mail or phone for instructions on return procedures. Some exceptions apply.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and should have parcel tracking information as we are not responsible for any lost packages being returned.
Returns are allowed only on unopened items and must be returned in the same condition as received.

All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

If the original order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, and no longer qualifies with the items that are being returned, the original shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.

All sales are final on Electric Nail Products related.

Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any gels, acrylics, liquids and polishes.

Any damages on orders must be notified to JLL Enterprise Inc. within 48 hours of receiving your order.
